Bitters Christmas party

We had our yearly Christmas party and Santa's little helper showed up. Isn't he cute.

Halloween party

We had a late Halloween party with our families after Luke's blessing. Here are some pictures of the doughnut eating contest. It was a lot of fun.

Halloween Costumes

We had a fun halloween. Kyle dressed up as Wolverine and was sad because his costume didn't have claws for his hands. So we asked Chris' mom Jolene to help us and we made some. He loved them.

Joey was a cheerleader. She was adorable.

New Addition

I had Luke on September 17th. We are all doing great. He has been a great baby and Kyle and Joey absolutely adore him. They have been so gentle and sweet to him. Here's some pictures of our newest family member.

Summertime

Well my kids are out of school for the summer and I'm already running out of ideas to keep them busy without me going insane. If anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears. It hasn't been that bad really, but it has only been a day. :)
Last night we went to Chris' cousin Jory's high school graduation. The kids were a bit bored to say the least but they did great overall. Sitting there Kyle leaned over to Chris and said, "Dad, I need some energy. How about when we get home we share a caffeinated drink." Chris thought it was really funny.

IT'S A BOY!

I had my ultrasound last week and we found out we're having another boy. Kyle was ecstatic when the doctor typed boy. Joey buried her head into Chris' shoulder and never looked up again. She even cried on the way home so when we got home I took her shopping to pick out an outfit for the new little guy and she is all good now. Shopping made it all better. :)

I guess it's time to let everyone know

Well, since we've played jokes on both our families to let them know the news, I guess it's time the rest of you found out too. We are expecting our third little one. I'm due September 24 and thanks to modern medication I'm feeling pretty good this with pregnancy.
With Chris' family we put the ultrasound picture in a frame and set it at their house and waited for them to notice it. Their other son noticed it after about a week. It was pretty funny.
We decided to tell my family on April's Fools Day. They believed us until they realized the date. Then my mom actually called us telling us that she and my dad were expecting too. They thought it was a big joke so that was fun for us.

Mexican Cruise

Chris and I just got back from our Mexican Cruise. We had a great time and the weather was absolutely perfect. We saw hump back whales, dolphins, iguanas, huge spiders, manta ray's, marlin, and a lot of colorful fish while snorkeling. I also got too close to a not so friendly jellyfish. It was a lot of fun.

Joey's Dance Recital

Joey had her first dance recital on the 7th of January. She was so cute and so excited for it. Here is a picture of after the recital when she was still in her cute outfit. She sure looks different with curly hair.

She kept holding her flowers like they were a baseball bat. No matter how many times we tried to have her hold them differently, she always went back to the baseball bat way.
